We're hiring: Chartist Organisers in Wales
Help to build the movement for a new democracy where you are
This is the biggest political imagination project in a generation and the next year will be a big one! Four National Conventions across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, each shaped by the People's Charters that communities are building right now. To get there, we need brilliant, well-connected people on the ground in each nation, and that's where you come in.
We're recruiting organisers to grow the movement between October 2026 and June 2027. If you're already trusted in your community, know how to build energy for a cause, and want to help write the next chapter in an 800-year story of people winning power back, this role is for you.
We're looking for two organisers — one based in South Wales, one in North Wales — to grow the movement in their region.
✦ £5,000 flat fee, part-time and flexible over 4–5 months ✦ Welsh-language facilitation is a plus, though not essential
